Directors Scott Robinson and Adam Lintmeijer are hands on throughout all projects and you benefit from their spirit of collaboration and enthusiasm, experience, industry connections and supplier relationships.
Layden projects operates across Sydney and the Gold Coast, expanding our capability without compromising service. Our projects benefit from tight co-ordination and dependable timelines and the same detail-driven standards in both regions.
We aim for a balanced approach meaning we scale only where quality, team capacity, and client needs align, ensuring a sustainable workload and consistently exceptional outcomes.

In 2015, Adam and Scott worked together for the first time on the Bennelong Restaurant at the Sydney Opera House. During the incredibly demanding project in world heritage site, Adam who was leading the building and Scott the project management, realised their skills and personalities complimented one another and led to exceptional outcomes for their clients.
In 2017 they started Layden Projects to further their ambitions and build on their success.
