Two apartments have been combined into a single family holiday home, their footprints reworked into one continuous space built for long summers and shifting numbers of guests.

Curved pelmets run through the interior, softening the join between wall and ceiling, while micro-cement floors and ceilings wrap the rooms in a seamless, tactile surface. In the kitchen, curved natural stone bench-tops bring an organic, handmade quality against the otherwise pared-back architecture.

The bedrooms are quieter and more textural with fabric detailing worked into the joinery gives the built forms a softness closer to upholstery than cabinetry. The bathrooms shift register entirely, finished in deeper, moodier tones that offer a contrast to the light-filled living areas below. Across the home, the curved language ties the two former apartments into one coherent whole.
