A woman walks past a pink residential house with a small front yard, plants, and palm trees, with a metal fence along the sidewalk.

CLT with TLC

Comprising four 80 m² terraces in Bondi Junction and designed as a fast, cost-efficient alternative to conventional low–medium density housing.

The structure is built from 173 m³ of prefabricated cross-laminated timber (CLT), allowing the superstructure to be erected with “Lego kit” speed and high accuracy. This reduced overall construction time to around six months (including traditional trades) and significantly cut overheads such as scaffolding, foreman, and insurance.
